By accessing or using Refindy (including Refindy Web, Refindy Studio, and Terra), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Refindy provides AI-powered productivity tools including link management, knowledge organization (Refindy Web), an AI COO workspace (Refindy Studio / Jarvis), and a personal growth companion (Terra). Features may change, be added, or removed as we improve the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person may maintain only one account per product.
Paid plans are billed monthly. On the web, billing is handled by Stripe — you can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. In the iOS app, purchases are billed to your Apple ID through Apple In-App Purchase; manage or cancel those subscriptions in your App Store account settings, subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued. Credit balances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over; one-time credit boosters remain until used or your subscription ends.
Our AI features are provided as-is and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs. AI-generated content (summaries, insights, reports) should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them. Terra's psychological support features are for personal growth and are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating AI summaries, storing data). We will never sell your content or use it for purposes beyond service delivery.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refindy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
